He explained everything to me and was very helpful with all my questions and concerns. Chris and Ava did a great job and left the boiler area cleaner than it was to start. Jarrod was very helpful and explained my options clearly when issues arose. I would highly recommend this company.”

We discovered water on the basement floor from a leak in the boiler and called NorthStar. They sent someone out that morning to assess the problem. Owner Bill Olson called later that day to say that the parts needed would be ordered immediately and that one of his team would be at our house the next day to fix it. Chris arrived with the new parts the next morning and did the several-hour repair, which also involved draining the boiler, which is in a very tight space and far from the outside door where he set up mats to protect our carpet from the hose he had to use.
We appreciate Bill’s immediate and personal attention, and Chris’s promptness and expertise, which solved the problem before any water damage happened.”
